Hi, I’m Lindsay Lefebvre, Massage Therapist at Lauderdale Wellness Center.  I am proud to be a part of such a knowledgeable and caring team providing a comprehensive approach to health and wellness.

Prior to entering the field of massage therapy I earned a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from the college of St. Scholastica in Duluth MN. I practiced for five years at Children’s Hospitals and Clinics as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, at which time I worked with many wonderful families dealing with a variety of disabilities.  Throughout my career I often felt that something was missing and wanted to use my rehabilitative knowledge in a more holistic way. I felt naturally drawn to massage therapy since a large part of Occupational Therapy deals with sensory therapy, range of motion, strengthening, and other hands on techniques.

Currently, I am expanding my knowledge through advanced technique courses at Center Point Massage & Shiatsu Therapy School & Clinic in Minneapolis, MN.  Massage Therapy is a wonderful compliment to many forms of medical care.  I am excited to meet you and be a part of your journey toward better health and wellness.
