There are times when we could use a break from the hurry and stress of life. Life Coach Beth Freschi provides relaxation training for groups and individuals. Relaxation training is an enjoyable way to learn and practice effective techniques to calm the mind and body such as:

  • Deep Breathing
  • Gentle Stretching
  • Muscle Relaxation Exercises
  • Guided Imagery
  • Meditations

People who attend the relaxation sessions report many benefits, including:
