Interested in joining a running/walking club. You've come to the right place.
Participating in a running/walking group can help boost your motivation, improve your performance, and expand your social circle.
- Safety First - It's much safer to run in pairs or with a group. If someone in the group gets injured or sick, there's always someone there to help
- Motivation Boost - With group running, you get your own personal cheering squad. Members of running groups root each other on during races and support one another through long runs.
- Improved Performance - When you're running with others who are encouraging you to run faster and harder, it's easier to take it to the next level.
- Expanded Social Circle - Anyone who has run with a group knows that it's a great opportunity to get to know people with similar interests.
